Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Confirmation By booking a tour with CRBNS HOLIDAYS
    managed by Rajesh Kumar Verma , you agree to these terms. A booking is
    confirmed only when we receive the required deposit and issue a formal
    confirmation invoice.
  2. Pricing and Payment Prices are subject to change based on availability
    or government-imposed taxes. Full payment must be made 20 days before
    the tour start date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
  3. Health and Fitness Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are
    physically fit for the chosen itinerary. Please disclose any medical conditions
    at the time of booking.
  4. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase
    comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses,
    and luggage loss from their side.
  5. Limitation of Liability CRBNS HOLIDAYS acts as an agent for third-party
    providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for injury, loss, or delay
    caused by these providers or external factors like weather or strikes.
  6. User Conduct and Responsibility Travelers are expected to behave in a
    manner that is respectful to local laws, customs, and other group members.
    We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any individual whose behavior
    is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, without any refund or obligation
    to cover return travel costs.
  7. Changes to Itinerary While we strive to adhere to the published
    itinerary, travel involves variables. We reserve the right to make minor
    changes to routes, accommodations, or transport if necessary due to
    weather, road conditions, or vendor availability. If a ‘major’ change is
    required (e.g., changing the destination city), we will notify you as soon as
    possible.
  8. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations It is the sole responsibility of the
    traveler to ensure they possess a valid passport (usually valid for 6 months
    beyond the stay) and all required visas and health certificates. We are not

liable for any costs incurred or loss of tour time due to entry denial or lack of
documentation

    ● Confirm bookings with hotels and airlines.
    ● Send trip updates and marketing (if opted in).
    ● Comply with legal and tax requirements.
  3. Data Sharing We only share your information with necessary service
    providers (e.g., the hotel you are staying at). We never sell your personal
    data to third parties.
  4. Your Rights You have the right to request access to your data, correction
    of errors, or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping
    requirements.
  5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Our website uses ‘cookies’ to
    enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze
    site traffic. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings,
    though some features of our booking engine may become unavailable.”
  6. Data Retention Period We retain your personal information only for as
    long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including
    for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting
    requirements (typically 7 years for financial records).”
  7. Children’s Privacy Our services are not intended for individuals under
    the age of 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal
    data from children unless provided by a parent or guardian specifically for
    the purpose of booking a family tour package.”
  8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  9. Cancellation by the Traveler If you wish to cancel your booking, the
    following charges apply based on the date of notification:
    Days Before Departure | Cancellation Fee :
    More than 60 days | Deposit only
    30–59 days | 50% of total tour cost
    15–29 days | 75% of total tour cost
    Less than 15 days | 100% of total tour cost (No refund)
  10. Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to “Force
    Majeure” (natural disasters, war, etc.) or if the minimum number of
    participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be
    offered.
  11. No Shows No refunds will be provided for “no-shows” or if a traveler
    joins a tour late or leaves early.
  12. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed and credited
    within 5 – 10 business days via the original payment method.

Important Information & Terms

  • As per Government regulations, for international bookings, the Guest’s / Corporate PAN Card number is mandatory.
  • No booking has been made yet – Rates and availability are strictly subject to change at the time of confirmation.
  • City Tax / Dubai Tourism Dirham / Resort Fee (where applicable) is payable directly by the guest at the time of check-in.
  • For triple occupancy (with/without child) or double occupancy with child, an extra bed is not guaranteed. Bedding configuration is at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability upon check-in.
  • Special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, room preference) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Rates are Non-Refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • For offline bookings, bank remittance charges (approx. GBP/EURO/USD 30) will apply.
  • For payments made in INR, an additional charge of INR 1 on XE + 5% GST will be applicable.
